For the second day in a row, the scheduled opener of a four-game baseball series between BYU and San Diego State has been canceled due to bad weather. The two teams had been scheduled to play a doubleheader in Provo Friday, but with weather conditions worsening they decided to travel to Helper in an attempt to play the games. After arriving, however, both teams agreed that the field was not in condition to play.

The Cougars and Aztecs will attempt to play the rescheduled games in a tripleheader today beginning at 11 a.m. in Provo.
