Judy Hamblin, of Mountain Green, also alleges breach of employment contract, unfair dealing, intentional infliction of emotional distress and wrongful discharge. She was a supervisor for the disposable-diaper manufacturer from Aug. 13, 1984, to Feb. 19, 1990.

Hamblin previously filed unsuccessful complaints with the state Industrial Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
