Several employees in the Utah offices of VR Business Brokers have been recognized as medalists on the victory register of the Boston-based company, according to William J. Tabor, manager of the Utah offices.

Marvin Curtis Sr., Marsha Kimberlin and Robert Miller of the Murray office, Sue Thomas of the Salt Lake office and Clyde Landon of the Ogden office received the awards, which are given to only a small percentage of the several thousand brokers in the 200 offices across the country.The Murray office was cited for its sales achievement and received the Centurion Award for the second quarter of 1988. The award is given to offices in the VR system where gross commissions exceeds $100,000.

Tabar also announced that VR Business Brokers had a 28 percent increase in gross revenue in the first six months of 1988 compared to the same period a year ago.
