Glen Charles Hogan, beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, age 88, died April 15, 1991.

Born August 12, 1902 in Woods Cross, Utah, a son of Charles Eric and Ada Francis Ruby Hogan. Married Clara Elizabeth Brown in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on June 10, 1925; she preceded him in death in 1975. Married Edna Sheen Hogan in 1977; later divorced. Glen filled an LDS mission to the Western States in 1921. Former member of the West Jordan Ward bishopbric. Filled many other positions during his life-long activity in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was a West Jordan businessman, processing and delivering dairy products throughout Salt Lake and Utah Counties. He was a champion rifle marksman, including three time Utah State Rifle Champion. He taught Hunter Safety for many years and was an avid hunter. Glen was known as "Grandpa Boo" by his 28 grandchildren and 55 great-grandchildren.Survived by four sons and one daughter, Keith and Helen Hogan, Max and Jane Hogan, Richard and Arlene Hogan, Deon and Carolyn Crawford, all of West Jordan; Dimar and Ruth Ann Hogan, Bountiful; three brothers and one sister, Kenneth R., Ogden; Alta Larson, Salt Lake City; Raymond E., Rancho Palos Verdes, California; Donald I., Ogden.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. at the West Jordan 24th Ward, 8100 South Old Bingham Highway. Friends may call Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal West Jordan Mortuary, 1861 West 7800 South, and Thursday at the church from 9:30-10:30 a.m.
