A single by San Diego State's Tony Enomoto sent two runners in to score in the third inning Saturday as the Aztecs defeated Wyoming, 5-2, to split a Western Athletic Conference doubleheader.

In the first game of the day, Wyoming edged San Diego State, 6-5, as a wild pitch sent a Cowboy runners in to score in the third.In the second game, Wyoming opened scoring in the second inning with one run, but Enomoto's single in the third sparked three runs by San Diego State runners gave the Aztecs a 3-1 lead.

The games give Wyoming a 2-1 lead in the four-game series, which will end Sunday.

The split puts San Diego State's record at 31-12 overall and 9-4 in the WAC, while Wyoming climbs to 19-15 overall and 7-7 in the WAC.
