Boston Red Sox pitcher Roger Clemens and his brother were indicted by a Harris County grand jury on misdemeanor charges stemming from a January altercation with an off-duty police officer.

Clemens, 29, and his brother Gary, 39, were arrested Jan. 19 at the Bayou Mama's nightclub on third-degree felony aggravated assault charges. The grand jury, impaneled Monday, indicted Roger Clemens for hindering an arrest and Gary Clemens for resisting arrest.
