Anti-apartheid activist Winnie Mandela testified Wednesday that her husband, Nelson, sent her orders from prison to remove several black males from her house, including three she is accused of abducting and beating.

"My husband said all the boys at the back of the house should be removed," Mandela testified during her trial for assault and kidnapping.Among them were at least three people prosecutors say she beat after having them forcibly removed from a Methodist Church hostel and accusing them of having homosexual relations with the white minister in charge.
