Walt Disney Co. said it plans to create the first national lottery game, launching a daily half-hour syndicated game show that would start airing in the fall of 1992.

Disney's Buena Vista Television unit and Lottery Innovations Corp., a national group of state lottery directors, said that the show would offer "millions" of dollars in cash and prizes each day.Randy Reiss, executive vice president of Walt Disney Studios, said the exact format for the shows still must be worked out.

Buena Vista was chosen from among several distributors by the National Lottery Committee following plans for marketing such a show.
