Francis William "Mike" Foley, age 77, died in his Salt Lake City home on April 10, 1991.
He was born February 6, 1914 in San Francisco to William J. and Frances L. Foley. He married J. Alice Hand on September 30, 1936 in Salt Lake City. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He served in the U.S. Army, 1933-36, and later worked as a molder, retiring from State Brass Foundry.He is survived by his beloved wife, Alice; sons, Lawrence, Sierra Vista, Arizona; Michael, Laie, Hawaii; brother, Bill Kiser, Sacramento, California; sister, Betty Russell, Portland, Oregon; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lorraine Goodman.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 13, 1991 at 11 a.m. in the Wells Ward (1990 South 500 East). Friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary (255 South 200 East) and Saturday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the ward. Interment: Benjamin Cemetery.
