Scott Erney passed for three touchdowns, a pair to Gene Taylor, and Lydell Carr rushed for his fourth score of the year as the Barcelona Dragons defeated the Orlando Thunder 33-13 in the WLAF on Sunday.

The victory improved Barcelona's record to 4-0, leaving the Dragons and the London Monarchs (3-0), who play Monday, as the only undefeated teams in the league. Orlando fell to 2-2.A crowd of 40,875, the largest ever to attend a sporting event at Montjuic Stadium, saw Erney complete 20 passes for 340 yards. Erney, of Rutgers, who beat out former Notre Dame star Tony Rice for the starting job, has yet to throw an interception this season.

He also outdueled Thunder quarterback Kerwin Bell, the WLAF's leading passer, game, as Bell threw for 312 yards passing and was intercepted once.
