Warren E. Burger, former chief justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, and nine others will comprise a committee to review the NCAA's rules enforcement and infractions process. Chairing the committee, which was authorized by the NCAA Council in January, will be Rex E. Lee, president of Brigham Young University.

The panel was appointed by the NCAA Administrative Committee. It will review the entire process with an eye toward suggesting changes that could be acted upon by the NCAA membership at the convention in Jan. 1992.No date has been set for the committee's first meeting.
