The third annual edition of "The Guide to Cooking Schools" (ShawGuides) contains information on 307 cooking schools and 144 vocational-technical and community-junior college programs.

Listings are arranged geographically. They range from short courses and tours to 2- and 3-year degree and apprenticeship programs. The 1991 edition has been updated and expanded to include 46 new listings, the publisher says.Included in the guide:
