A physician from Layton has been nominated to serve on the Davis County health board. If approved, Dr. Craig Julien, a family practitioner, will fill the term vacated last fall by Dr. Richard Walling.
Julien formerly served on the county's Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Council. His nomination to fill the five-year term is pending approval by the county commissioners.The health board is also looking for candidates to fill two terms that expire later this year.
