Former U.S. Secretary of Labor William E. Brock will be the keynote speaker during the annual Job Training Partnership Act conference luncheon Monday, April 29, in Little America.

The conference is held in conjunction with the Governor's Conference on Economic Development. Brock's theme will be discussed in sessions during the conference on April 30. He will talk about developing higher skilled labor.
