Saturday is the day thousands of KJQ fans have been waiting for.

For weeks, rumors have been flying about the "special glow" and the "delicate condition" of Bessie, the now-famous KJQ Milk Beast. Experts have determined that she will likely be making her delivery Saturday at noon at Hogle Zoo.Saturday is also KJQ Day at Hogle Zoo. As part of the zoo's 60th anniversary, tickets will be 25 percent off for those who write down the station's call letters on a piece of paper.

Bessie, KJQ's official station vehicle, has delivered tens of thousands of free Cream O' Weber dairy products to the masses since Gov. Norm Bangerter first unveiled her last August. She has made appearances almost every day since at businesses, concerts, parades and charity events.

KJQ (92.7 FM in Salt Lake City, 95.5 FM in Ogden and 104.9 FM in Provo) will be broadcasting live from Hogle Zoo for the expected arrival of "Li'l Bessie." The blessed event will take place just north of Monkey Island.
