A member of the family that owns the Seattle Seahawks has confirmed the football team is being sold to a wealthy California real-estate developer who started as a used-car salesman in Wisconsin, a newspaper reported today.

Kenneth Behring, 60, of Danville, Calif., is "a good guy," a member of the Nordstrom family told the Seattle Post-Intelligencer on Sunday. "He's a lone person (rather than a group of investors). He's got the whole thing, he has a lot of credibility and he's planning to keep the team in Seattle."
