A free luncheon, sponsored by the Business and Professional Chapter of the John Birch Society, is scheduled at noon Friday, April 5, at the Arby's Restaurant, 1150 S. State Street.

Oskar Kalman, a native of Estonia and educated in Moscow, will be the guest lecturer. Kalman was director of a large engineering research group in the Soviet Union. He left the USSR to start his own engineering business in California.Kalman will also lecture that evening at 7:30 p.m. at Mountain View High. He will speak on his concerns about the New World Order concept associated with the Persian Gulf war.
