The Columbia-Legacy Jazz Contemporary Masters series has released 12 reissues of modern jazz greats, including Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock and Weather Report.

Now in its second year of reissues, the series is focusing on fusion, featuring such works as George Duke's "Reach for It," first released in 1977 and "Shakti, With John McLaughlin," recorded live in 1975.

Other releases in the series are: "A Jazz Collection," Herbie Hancock; "Electric Guitar," Ramsey Lewis; "Visions of the Emerald Beyond," Mahavishnu Orchestra; "Expectations," Keith Jarrett; "Live at the Bottom Line," Patti Austin; "Agharta," "Circle in the Round" and "E.S.P.," Miles Davis; "Ginseng Woman-Multiplication," Eric Gale; and Weather Report's "Mr. Gone."
