Audra Barker Call, age 83, died Friday, March 29, 1991 at the Mackay Dee Hospital in Ogden.
She was born June 7, 1907 in Willard, a daughter of Alfred G. and Sarah Priscilla Cordon Barker. She married Henry LaVoy Call, February 24, 1927 in Ogden; the marriage was solemnized June 14, 1934 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died May 20, 1985. She was active in the LDS Church and served in many capacities in both Ward and Stake in music and executive positions. She was City Recorder and Treasurer, 25 years, for Willard and served under five different mayors. She was Secretary Treasurer of Willard Cemetery for 35 years. She had served as Republican Chairman, Register Agent and Election Judge in Willard and had served on the Pioneer Nursing Home Board for many years. She graduated from Ogden High School, Brigham Young College in Logan and attended BYU in Provo. She had been a school teacher in Park Valley, Perry and Willard. She loved her garden and kept an immaculate yard and flower garden.Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Harvey (Melda) Mund and Rulaine Call, both of Willard; four grandsons, Rodney B. and Michelle Mund, Robin Kirk and Cheri Mund, Harvey Todd and Stephanie Mund and Van C. Mund, all of Willard; four granddaughters, Holly L. and Charles Jeppesen, Brigham City; Callene and Richard Quilty, Willard; Melanie and Kelly Bowles, West Valley City; Michelle Mund, Willard; one brother, Don C. Barker, Willard; 19 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday, 12 noon, at the Willard First LDS Ward. Friends may call at the Olsen Myers Mortuary in Brigham City, Sunday from 7-9 p.m. and at the Church on Monday from 10:45-11:45 a.m. Interment: Willard Cemetery.
