Running into a string of bogeys in the last few holes caused BYU's women's golf team to slip from fifth place to sixth in the second round of the Rainbow Wahine Golf Invitational Thursday.

The Cougars came in with 321 strokes for a 36-hole total of 639.The University of Arizona is leading the 16-team field with 609, followed by UCLA 615, San Jose State 625, Stanford 630, Tulsa 635, BYU 639, NMSU 641, Hawaii 645, USC 647, Illinois 654, Washington 659, Nitiaidai 668, Illinois State and CSULB 685 and UTEP 781.
