Our beloved and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, passed away after a 18 month courageous battle with cancer, March 20, 1991 at the age of 43, in Evansville, Indiana, where her home has been for the last four years.

Born March 18, 1948, to Therza Pope and Alma C. Mauss in Salt Lake City. Married Douglas K. Kelsey, August 12, 1972. She attended Olympus High School and the University of Utah, receiving a BS Degree in elementary education. She enjoyed and loved teaching for 14 years and affected the lives of many children for the better, especially her own two children, Matthew and Michael.Linda leaves her loving husband, Doug, two sons, Matthew and Michael, who are very special to her, her parents, of Salt Lake; four sisters, Mrs. Dean (Katherine) Gustafson, West Jordan; Barbara Watson, Denver, Colorado; Mrs. James (Carolyn) Snow, of Murray; Joanne Buck, Salt Lake; and a number of nieces and nephews, and many friends, who will miss her dearly.

Visitation was held in Evansville, Indiana. In Salt Lake visitation will be held Wednesday night, March 27, from 6-8 p.m. at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 East 7600 South. Services will be held on Thursday, March 28, 11 a.m. at the Cannon Mortuary. She will be laid to rest at the Murray City Cemetery.
