President Bush, who says he is feeling about seven on a scale of 10, took time Wednesday for his annual medical checkup at Bethesda Naval Hospital.

Accompanied by Dr. Burton Lee, the White House physician, Bush flew by helicopter to the hospital in Maryland where he underwent more than five hours of tests with a team of Navy doctors and specialists.Bush told reporters Tuesday that he was sure he would pass the checkup with flying colors but that he wasn't looking forward to the extensive nature of the tests. "You won't want to know everything," he quipped when asked if a full report would be issued afterward.

Asked how he was feeling overall, Bush responded, "about seven."

The White House was expected to release details of the physical later in the day.
