LDS, Cottonwood and Alta View - are offering weight-management classes starting in April.

Weight Concepts One, an educational lifestyle management approach to weight control, is led by a registered dietitian and designed for people who want to lose up to 40 pounds. It lasts 16 weeks.Weight Concepts Two, designed for people who want to lose 30 to 60 pounds, uses the same multidisciplinary approach to weight control but emphasizes lifestyle management. Weekly groups are led by a behavior modification therapist. The class lasts 36 weeks.
