Lola Watts Larsen, 72, of Spanish Fork, died Wednesday, March 20, 1991 in the Moutain View Hospital in Payson.
She was born on June 29, 1918 in Aurora, Utah, the daughter of Benjamin and Ann Adams Rose Watts. She married Loring Seymour Larsen on June 3, 1936 in Aurora, Utah; their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He died on September 2, 1989. She attended schools in Aurora and Salina. She was a active member of the LDS Church, served as Primary teacher for 25 years and also served in the Relief Society. She was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, and was active in the 4-H program for many years. She enjoyed crafts, traveling, and reading.Survivors include two sons and three daughters: LaMaida Jean Johnson; Fred Loring Larsen, Benjamin Rex Larsen, all of Spanish Fork; Mrs. Verl (Rose Ann) Ritchie, Richfield; Janice Eileen Larsen, Montezuma Creek, Utah; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one sister: Mariam Bulkley, West Valley City; and Thanh Mihn Huynh, Pasadena, Calif.; a Vietnam refugee they sponsored to the United States.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Spanish Fork 10th LDS Ward Chapel, 450 East 900 North, Spanish Fork. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, 187 So. Main, Spanish Fork on Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. or Saturday at the ward Relief Society room one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
