On March 18, 1991, the state of Utah issued a delayed certificate confirming the death of our beloved Annette, on May 13, 1989.

Born September 5, 1950 in Seattle, Washington, she is survived by her parents, Ralph J. and Afton Clark Hill; a daughter, Tiffany, age 13, of Sandy; sisters: Donna McCurdy and Judy Toronto; and a brother, Allen F. Hill. She married George Cundiff December 22, 1976, in Honolulu, Hawaii; they later divorced. She was a loving, devoted mother. From the time of Tiffany's birth, she was the most important person in Annette's life. She was never far from her little girl. She graduated from Highland High and the University of Utah, receiving her Masters degree in Social Work in June of 1981. She was always concerned about the poor and under privileged. She accepted her responsibitlity for foster children as an opportunity to use her professional training to serve the less fortunate. Annette was proud of her career as a Social Worker. A talented musician, she sang in the Highland Madrigals, and enjoyed playing her flute and piano and entertaining her family and friends.

Annette will be honored and remembered in a Memorial Service held Saturday, March 23rd, at 2 pm, in the Larkin Mortuary Chapel, 260 East South Temple. Services will be conducted by her LDS Bishop and family and friends are invited to attend.
