A class for separated or divorced men and women will begin Tuesday, April 9, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. and will continue each Tuesday evening for eight weeks at the Davis County Mental Health Center, 2250 N. 1700 West, Layton.
The discussion group, led by Steve Hill, will provide support and practical information to help adjust to change and resulting depression, anger, anxiety and guilt which may result.Topics will include dealing with stress, self-esteem, divorce expectations, economic and legal issues, children's issues and communication skills. A $32 fee for the class may be adjusted if necessary to accommodate financial circumstances. Preregistration and payment are required. Call Dixie Anderson, 298-3446.
