State regulators are petitioning for disciplinary sanctions against the license of a Murray contractor accused of failing to live up to terms of his probation, a licensing document said.

Frank Willden of Willco Far West had his contractor's license placed on probation last September, according to a the petition issued March 5, 1991, by the state Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing.During probation Willden was to submit quarterly financial statements on his business to state regulators, the petition said, and to clear a tax lien and other debts before the end of last year.

The state Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing said Willden hasn't met the probationary terms and is now subject to further sanctions against his license.
