A "free-for-all" fitness open house will be held Saturday, March 23, from 1 to 2 p.m. in Room 2258 of the Harmon Building at Brigham Young University.

Local Jazzercise instructors will teach follow-the-leader style, demonstrate modified movements for people with sensitive areas, and cue students on breathing, pacing and other safety tips. Jazzercise is intended to provide a simple, enjoyable, safe and effective workout that people can enjoy for life.The open house is free to both participants and spectators, and will include monitoring, low-impact modifications, questions and answers and a workout, as well as door prizes and refreshments.
