"Navajo Perception of the Anasazi: The Past as Prologue" will be the subject of a brown-bag lecture sponsored by the State Historical Society, Thursday, March 21, at noon at the society's East Room, 300 S. 450 West.

Robert S. McPherson, a teacher of history at the College of Eastern Utah's San Juan Center in Blanding, will discuss the place of the Anasazi in Navajo history and tradition as recorded in oral history and published accounts.
