Bill Boothe, age 75, passed away March 14, 1991 in Salt Lake due to complications of Parkinson's disease.
Born August 22, 1915 in Honeyville, Utah, the son of Nathaniel and Eunice Jane Wickham Boothe. Married Claire Jensen in 1942; later divorced. Married Virginia Arrington in 1952.He loved spending time at his cabin with his family and friends. He enjoyed his association with his friends at United Commercial Travelers. He was an avid gardener. He worked as a salesman for over 30 years for Lindy Pen Co. Also worked as a salesman for General Foods, Zellerbach's, and Royal Crystal Salt. He was an Army veteran of WW II.
Survived by his wife; one son, Edward J. Boothe of Plain City, Utah; one brother, Royden Boothe of Pasadena, Calif.; 3 sisters, Ada Morgan of Provo, Elva Garrett of Brigham City, and Larue Tingey of Boise, Idaho; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.Preceded in death by a daughter, Shirlene; step-son, Van, and by four brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services Tuesday, March 19th, at 1 pm, in Sandy, Utah at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Chapel, 10600 South 1700 East. Friends may call at the downtown Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Monday evening 6-8 pm and at the Sunset Gardens on Tuesday, one hour prior to the service. Interment in Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery.
