Juab School District Board of Education has approved a plan to invite Helen Granina, Moldavia, to teach school in the Juab School District for a semester.

Leonard Trauntvein, principal of Juab High School, asked the board's support in asking Granina to teach Russian and Soviet culture to the students at Juab High School, Juab Middle School and Nephi Elementary next fall.Granina recently visited Juab High School as part of the student exchange program that now exists between Juab High School and the sister school Kishinev in Moldavia. She spent one month in Nephi and will act as the interpreter and guide for the Moldavian group when they visit Nephi.
