John Heber Woolston, our beloved brother, uncle and friend passed away February 24, 1991 at the age of 83, in the Salt Lake Veterans Hospital.

John was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Jonathan William Wooston, Jr. and Martha Lake Woolston. He served honorably in the U.S. Army Air Corps. He lived primarily in Oakland, California and worked as manager and operator of Coronet Stores. He moved back to Utah after his retirement to be with his family. He was an active member of the LDS Church, serving in many different organizations. The Church was the great love in his life. He served as a Temple Guide at the Salt Lake LDS Temple for many years for which he recieved special recognition.He was preceded in death by his mother and father; two sisters, Lydia May Bacon, and Mary Asenath Woolston; four brothers, Jonathan William Woolston, Francis Benjamin Woolston, Joseph Hyrum Woolston and George Albert Woolston.

He is survived by one sister Bertha Doris Butterfield and one brother, David Willard Woolston and many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by all of us.

Funeral services will be held, Wednesday February 27, 1991, 2 p.m., Larkin Sunset Lawn Chapel, 2350 East l300 South, where friends may call the hour prior to services. Interment, Larkin Sunset Lawn.
