Luella Chamberlain Long, age 77, passed away February 24, 1991.

She was born June 22, 1913 in Orderville, Utah, a daughter of John and Amelia Heaton Chamberlain. She married Vernon K. Long July 31, 1931; marriage later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple; they were later divorced. Member of the LDS Church and was Salina City Librarian for many years.Survived by two sons, four daughters, Betty Miller, Salina; Vernon Keith Long, Jr., John D. Long, both of Las Vegas, Nevada; Luann Briggs, Cedar City; Mrs. Gary (Dorothy) Gorman, Redding, California; Mrs. Ron (Carolyn) Moosman, Torrey, Utah; 25 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; brother, sister, Roland Chamberlain, Orderville; Mrs. James (Alta) Truitt, Arvada, Colorado. Preceded in death by a daughter, Dolores and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 1 p.m., in the Salina 3rd Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Springer-Turner Funeral Home, Tuesday evening 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 11:30 to 12:30 prior to services. Burial: Pioneer Cemetery in Salina.
