Harry Kenneth Woodward, 84, died in a Salt Lake hospital, February 24, 1991.

Born August 27, 1906 in Salt Lake City to Harry Thomas and Clara Hayward Woodward. L Raised in Tremonton, Utah. Received BS degree from Utah State Agricultural College in 1935. Married Karma Cardon, September 25, 1931 in Salt Lake City. She preceded him in death October 4, 1990. Worked for The Soil Conservation Service from 1937 until he retired in 1968. He was District Conservationist in Tooele from 1945 through 1956. From then until retirement he was a Resource Economist with the State Office of the SCS. During retirement he was a consulting economist on water resources for numerous private and public agencies. He was recently a voluntary consultant to Tooele City and was actively involved in the development of the Canyon Cove Senior Citizens Housing in Tooele.Survived by his son, Joseph Cardon Woodward, Salt Lake City; grandchildren, David C. Woodward, Centerville; Dr. Kelly H. Woodward, serving with the US Air Force in the Persian Gulf; Kaelynn Facer, Layton; six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services Thursday, February 28, 11 a.m., Tate Mortuary Chapel, 110 South Main Street in Tooele, where friends may call one hour prior to services. Graveside services 2 p.m., Logan City Cemetery.
