Robert Morris Dilley, 72, passed away February 23, 1991 following years of ill health.

Born February 14, 1919, in Magna, Utah to Leon G. and and Grace McSparrow Dilley.Mr. Dilley is survived by wife, Ellen; five daughters and one son and their spouses: Bonnie and Vern Batt; Beverly and Jerry Flanders; Bernice and Gene Warr; Kathy and Blaine Walsh; Becky and Bill Edwards; and Robert D. (Bob) and Randi Dilley; sisters, Geneve Talbot and Dorothy (Don) Wallace; 20 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by five brothers and three grandsons.

For some 40 years he worked as a boilermaker at KKC, retiring in 1973 for medical reasons. During WW II, served in the Navy in the Pacific area. Mr. Dilley was a life member of the DAV.

Funeral services Tuesday, February 26, 1991, at 12 noon, at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 West 2700 South, Magna, where friends may call Monday evening, 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday, one hour prior to services. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park, West Valley City.
