The Pro Musica Chorus and Orchestra will present Bach's Mass in B minor on Saturday, March 2, at 8 p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church, South Temple and C streets. Tickets may be purchased at Daynes Music, Capital City Banks, Riverton Music, all Smith'sTix outlets or at the door.

With John Marlowe Nielson, founding director of the group, conducting, this production will mark Pro Musica's 11th season of performing a major choral work by Bach and the fourth for the B minor Mass.Among soloists will be soprano JoAnn Ottley, performer with major symphony orchestras and Utah Opera and professor of voice at the University of Utah; and alto Mary Wescott, whose many engagements include soloing with Robert Shaw in New York City.

Tenor Thomas Pike has soloed often with Pro Musica, and baritone C. Houston Hill, who has sung with Raleigh, N.C., Austin and San Antonio, Texas, operas, now teaches voice at Brigham Young University.
