Kenneth M. "Ken" Sharp, 81, beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, passed away at Lakeview Hospital, in Bountiful, Monday, February 18, 1991, after a long illness. He will be greatly missed.

Born June 26, 1909 in Adams, Nebraska to David and Edna Mitton Sharp. Married his devoted wife, the former Ella Covert, June 9, 1934, in Malad, Idaho. He attended Westminster College in Salt Lake City, and had spent time in the Civilian Conservation Corps during the great depression. He retired from Greyhound Corp in 1972, after 35 years as a bus driver. Ken was an officer in his labor union. He spent summer vacations over a 20 year period building and enjoying a log cabin in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He enjoyed his home and kept the grounds in showcase condition.Ken is survived by his wife, Ella, Bountiful; two sons, Mike and wife, Marly, Salt Lake City; Doug, Las Vegas, Nevada; brothers, Kelvin, Sacramento, California; Marque, Lakewood, California; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 21, 12 Noon, Malad City Cemetery. Friends may call at the Benson-Horsely Funeral Home in Malad one hour prior to service. The family suggests donations to The First Presbyterian Church, Malad, Idaho.
