Stuart W. Francis, born February 22, 1921, died February 17, 1991, at the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, of causes incidental to congestive heart failure.

Born to Samuel Arthur and Leah Turner Francis, he was raised in Morgan, Utah, where he graduated from Morgan High. He served in the Army in World War II. He married Fae Fridal June 1, 1945, in the Logan LDS Temple. He lived and worked in Jackson Hole, Wyoming as a guide, then lived in Murray and Centerville, Utah, where they raised their family. He worked at Standard Oil and Hill Air Force Base, retired in 1984.Surviving are: His wife, Fae Fridal Francis; three sons and one daughter, Stuart J., Centerville; N. Craig and wife, Jeanne, Morgan; Tim F. and wife, Paula, Bountiful; Lisa and husband, Mark Green, Bountiful; five grandchildren, Jenni, Nichola, Dustin, Darcy and A.J.; two brothers and one sister, Art, Layton; Bob, Fallbrook, California; Anna Lou Erntsen, Salt Lake City. He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul, and his parents.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 20, 1991, at 11 a.m., at the Lindquist's Bountiful Chapel, 727 No. 400 East. Friends may call Tuesday, from 6-8 p.m., and Wednesday, one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Morgan City Cemetery (South). In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations be made to the I.C.U. Unit, LDS Hospital.
