Beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother, Jessie Edwards Kesler, 89, passed away February 17, 1991 of causes incident to age.

She was born to John Edwards and Kate M. Edwards, December 26, 1902 in River Bend, Colorado. Member of the LDS Church. President of the Gold Star Mothers in 1977. She loved her family above all else and was an inspiration of love and kindness to all who knew her. She was an excellent cook and did beautiful hand sewing, dressmaking and oil painting.Survivors: daughter, Mrs. John A. (Winifred) Garrigues, Salt Lake City; brother, George Edwards, Haxton, Colorado.; sisters, Mildred Johnson and Alice Wright, Denver, Colorado; Francis Meier and Wanda de Lorme, Detroit, Michigan; grandchildren, Gregory Done, Houston, Texas; Jeffrey Done, Suisun City, California; Mrs. David (Kathy) Simmons, Scott Done and Gary Done, Salt Lake City; and nine great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her son, Elmer Edwards Kesler in 1946; and her husband, Elmer Ingram Kesler in 1980.

Funeral services will be held at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Thursday, February 21st, 2 p.m., where friends may call Wednesday evening 6-8 p.m, and Thursday one hour prior to services. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
