Twenty-five Utah high school students have won scholarships from the Utah Chapter of the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge to attend a youth leadership conference at Valley Forge, Pa., this summer.

Dolores B. Bennett, Logan, the chapter's youth activities chairman, said students were selected on the basis of scholastic abilities, leadership skills, their written reason for wanting to attend the conference, personal interviews and letters of recommendation.Student winners (all juniors), who were recognized at a "I Believe in Heroes" awards luncheon Friday in Salt Lake City, and their schools:
