The third patient who apparently contracted AIDS from a Stuart dentist who later died of the disease says she intends to sue the dentist's estate.

Barbara Webb, a 65-year-old retired schoolteacher from Palm City, said she was infected by Dr. David Acer, who died of acquired immune deficiency syndrome in September.Webb's lawyer said she would file claims within days against Acer's estate and the insurance company that referred her to him.

Webb had four teeth pulled and two teeth capped by Acer in 21 office visits during a 13-month period ending in January 1989, Montgomery said Wednesday.
