James E. Faulconer, associate professor of philosophy at Brigham Young University, will deliver the 14th annual P.A. Christensen Humanities Lecture Wednesday, Feb. 27, at 7:30 p.m.
"Neither Jew nor Greek: `Beyond' the Theology of Philosophy and Contemporary Criticism" is the title of his address to be given in 2084 Jesse Knight Humanities Building. The public is welcome.Faulconer, chairman of the department of philosophy, was a recipient of a Alcuin Fellowship in 1988 recognizing outstanding dedication to BYU's general education and honors program.
The Christensen Lectureship was established in honor of the late Parley A. Christensen, professor, writer, scholar and lecturer at BYU from 1927 to 1965.
