Brigham Young University has received $45,000 from The UPS Foundation, the charitable arm of United Parcel Service.
The grant will be used for tuition and financial aid for American Indian students. "This is not the first such grant to BYU," says Rush Sumpter, director of Student Leadership Development. UPS has supported this program for about 15 years."UPS has enabled a significant number of our Indian students to graduate when funding for their education was not available from any other source," says Sumpter.
