About 100 Tactical Air Command inspectors from Langley Air Force Base, Va., are in northern Utah this week conducting an operational readiness evaluation at Hill Air Force Base.

What that means for people living near the base is a little more noise, Air Force officials said.During the inspection, pilots and crews from the 388th Tactical Fighter Wing and members of the 729th Tactical Control Squadron will be involved in increased flying activities, including more night flying.

The evaluation runs through next Monday.
