This is the second consecutive year Klekas has been in the company's top 10, coming in sixth last year. In addition to being the top agent, he also has been honored as the top listing agent and top sales agent for the Park City office.He has been with Pinebrook, located in Parleys Canyon, since its inception in 1977 and joined Gump & Ayers in 1984. A lifetime member of the Salt Lake and Park City Board of Realtors Million Dollars Club, he is a candidate for the Salt Lake and Park City Board of Realtors salesperson of the year award.

The top listing agent in Ogden was Chuck Anderson, Marsha Mosher was the top sales agent and Jim Molgard had the most listings in a single month - 22.

Jim Peay of the Provo office had 22 listings, the highest in the office, and Terry Harward was the top sales agent.
