The Utah men's swimming team ended its season on a hot streak Friday night at the Ute Natatorium, downing BYU, 130-113. The win was the fifth straight for Utah, which improved its overall record to 6-4 (4-2 WAC). Six different Utes took victories, Tim Marek in the 1,000 freestyle (9:46.88); Jim Giottonini in the 200 freestyle (1:43.26); Joe Hughes in the 50 freestyle (21.70); Arne Miles in the 200 individual medley (1:54.74); Todd Stanard in the 500 freestyle (4:42.56) and Rupert Bryce in the 200 breaststroke (2:10.27). Giottonini, Bryce, Charlie Stevens and Jim Aumann combined to win the 400 medley relay (3:25.59).

Utah and BYU will compete in the WAC Championships in Honolulu March 6-8.
