An Ogden man has entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of automobile homicide in connection with an Oct. 16 accident that left a Montana woman dead.

Gordon M. Ross, 49, appeared for arraignment Friday before 2nd District Judge Ronald O. Hyde. A May 13 trial date was set.

Ross was charged with the third-degree felony after a van he was driving slammed into another vehicle driven by Sierry Greer, 38, of Great Falls. Greer died at the scene.

If convicted, Ross could be sentenced to serve up to five years in prison.
