Summit Elementary School will remain closed Wednesday, the third straight day that leaking natural gas has interrupted classes for 900 students.

Leaking gas forced evacuation of the school on Monday. Principal Loyal Green said Mountain Fuel Supply Co. crews were working around the clock to fix the problem."We've decided there will be no school on Wednesday," he said. "They still have some concentrations of gas in the building. Apparently they have repaired one leak and found another."
