Lilith P. Wilson, age 84, died February 10, 1991 at Provo, Utah of natural causes.

She was born July 28, 1906 in Orderville, Utah, a daughter of Lysander LeRoy and Louise Heaton Porter. She married Jesse Stephen Wilson, April 22, 1931 in the St. George LDS Temple. He died September 20, 1977. Lilith attended Garfield County High School where she graduated valedictorian after which she attended Snow College and Dixie College where she graduated with high honors and a teaching certificate. She taught school in Hatch, Utah prior to her marriage to Jesse. She was an active member of the LDS Church, serving in all organizations and supporting her husband as Hatch Ward Bishop for many years. Her love was teaching and service to others. Of her 13 children, ten have served full time LDS Church missions; which have been followed by numerous grandchildren accepting mission calls. Lilith has traveled between her children's homes extensively the past several years where she gained many new friends and has been a positive influence on all.She is survived by her 13 children, Russell M., Delta; J. Lloyd, Danville, Calif.; Richard S., St. George; D. Wayne, Salt Lake City; Kent C., Parowan; Hugh L., Bellbrook, Ohio; S. Karl, St. George; Robert K., Ivins; Virginia, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Melvin (Helen) Wilkes, Boise, Idaho; Mrs. Ferrell (Marba) Lazenby, Atlanta, Georgia; Mrs. Lyle (Marie) Davis, Centerville; Mrs. Scott (Carolyn) Poulson, Riverton; 78 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; one sister Leah Tanner, Salt Lake City; half-brothers and sisters, Norman Porter, La Rue Porter, LaPreal Olsen, Lara Thompson, Sarah Lou Sudweeks, and Zelma Johnson.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 14th 11 a.m. in the Hatch LDS Ward Chapel, where firends may call for viewing one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Hillsdale Cemetery. Under the direction of the Springer-Turner Funeral Home of Richfield.
