The U.S. Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board (access board) will hold one of 14 nationwide hearings Thursday, Feb. 14, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hilton Airport Hotel, 5151 Wiley Post Way, for the public to comment on its proposed guidelines to make public buildings and transportation systems usable by persons with disabilities.
